The K5 three-bedroom configuration uses a simple 6 × 6 m square footprint. The bedrooms sit around a central circulation zone, while the living area and compact kitchenette share the glazed front side for daylight and an open arrival experience.

K5 BUILD SYSTEM
Specified from the steel frame to the interior finish
The supplied quotation defines the structural members, enclosure, floor, ceiling, openings, bathroom package and electrical components. Build-system items are supplied as material packages for on-site installation by the customer or local contractors. Final scope is confirmed against the approved order.

Galvanized steel structure
2.2 mm main-frame base material with 40 g/m² zinc coating and painted finish.

Insulated wall and roof
50 mm EPS sandwich wall panels, plus a PPGI roof layer and 50 mm glass-wool insulation.

Floor and ceiling material package
18 mm fiber-cement floor base with 4 mm SPC finish and 7 mm PVC honeycomb ceiling panels. Supplied as materials for local installation.

Full-height light
Aluminum glazed entrance and four 800 × 2,707 mm floor-to-ceiling bedroom windows.

What information do you need for a quotation?+
Please send the project country, intended use, preferred layout, quantity, destination port and required delivery window. Local electrical requirements and finish changes should also be stated before the quotation is finalized.
Is the 6 × 6 m three-bedroom layout fixed?+
This page shows the verified three-bedroom sample layout. Door and window positions, interior finishes, electrical configuration and selected fixtures can be reviewed for a project, subject to technical confirmation and approved drawings.
Are furniture and decorations included?+
Furniture and decorative items shown in staged photos or renderings are not automatically included. The final supply scope is defined item by item in the approved quotation and packing list.
How is the house delivered and installed?+
The K5 system is prepared for container shipment and local assembly. The buyer should plan unloading, foundation preparation and local labor unless those services are separately agreed. VHCON confirms the applicable drawings and installation guidance for each order.
Can the electrical system match my country?+
Yes. The sample specification states that sockets can be changed to local standards. Voltage, plug type, circuits and required components must be confirmed before production.
What foundation is required?+
Foundation design depends on the site, soil, drainage and local requirements. Final foundation and anchoring details should be coordinated against approved project drawings and local engineering requirements.
